“We bought our property in June 2016 and at the same time ordered our new modular home.
We hired Gary Forsythe, on of the owner developers, to help co-ordinate and construct our detached garage and foundation for our modular home. Gary was instrumental in ensuring everything was done; completed correctly and on time.We have installed a rock terrace at the back of our property, utilizing the slope, to create a small garden and room for a few fruit trees.
We have never experienced any water or sewer issues. Garbage and recyclables are collected weekly. Street snow removal in the winter is excellent.
The street is quiet; the neighbours are great. We can watch wildlife out our windows on a regular basis.
AG Grocery is a very competitive store – great meat department, produce, deli, bakery – all you could ask for. Same for the IDA Pharmacy and Timber Mart.”
